International delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on destination. Please allow additional time during peak seasons and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the SF Express website.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
