How do I track my order?
Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team will then be working extremely quickly to get this order picked and packed and sent out to you.
Once this has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this (within 24 hours) with a ‘VIEW AND TRACK YOUR ORDER’ button included.
How long does delivery take?
Once we’ve received your order, we’ll ship your order within 10 working days, theestimateddelivery date may vary depending on where you live, normally between 10 and 21 days.
What is your returns policy?
You are more than welcome to return your item unless it is non returnable ( Please refer to “Shipping & Returns” for more information).
Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, undamaged.
How can I get my invoice?
You’ll receive your invoice after placing your order, you can also view your invoice in ” My account “.
Can I cancel an order after payment?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or cancel it.
Can I change my address or shipping method after placing an order?
For security reasons, it is not possible to change the delivery or billing address, or the shipping method once an order has been placed.
